XGSun Team Outdoor Activities: Uniting Hearts • Striding Forward

On Saturday, December 7, under a sunny sky, the entire team of XGSun gathered at Riverside No. 1 Campsite for a remarkable team-building event. This activity aimed to enhance team communication, foster collaboration, and strengthen team cohesion. Additionally, with a variety of engaging activities, it sought to boost morale, instill a sense of purpose, honor, and belonging, while offering a chance for relaxation amidst the busy work schedule.

With the theme "Uniting Hearts • Striding Forward," the event was divided into two main parts: outdoor training and a barbecue feast.

The morning began with a sharp whistle, signaling the official start of the outdoor training. The participants were randomly divided into three teams, each showcasing exceptional teamwork and enthusiasm for competition. Activities such as puzzle-solving, Rubik's Cube challenges, and color memory games tested not only the participants' mental and physical abilities but also fostered trust and understanding within the teams.

During each stage of the competition, team members demonstrated clear division of tasks: some analyzed diagrams, others searched for puzzle pieces, while a few focused on assembling them. Through collective effort and determination, all teams successfully completed their tasks within the allotted time. This segment highlighted the importance of mutual trust and efficient cooperation among team members.

After an intense and exhilarating morning of activities, participants gained not only laughter and sweat but also valuable team spirit and friendships. By noon, the air at the campsite was filled with the enticing aroma of barbecue. Everyone gathered around, enjoying delicious grilled food while sharing their experiences from the morning's activities, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.

This team-building event provided XGSun employees with both physical relaxation and a profound understanding of the importance of teamwork. Many expressed their commitment to bringing this spirit of unity and collaboration into their daily work, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
