Workflow

Tag Binding: After jewelry production or procurement, detailed information is written into the RFID jewelry price tag via a desktop encoder. The tag is affixed/embedded in a discreet location on the jewelry to complete its “identity registration.”

Smart Display Jewelry bound with UHF passive RFID tags is placed in smart display cabinets. The built-in reader continuously monitors item status and triggers alarms upon abnormal removal.

 

Sales / Transfer During sales, the reader quickly retrieves product information and synchronizes it to the system to complete checkout and automatically update inventory. For inter-store transfers, scanning the tag completes the item handover and syncs data in real time.

 

Smart Inventory Counting Staff use handheld readers to scan the display area or storage room, completing bulk inventory checks within seconds. The system automatically generates inventory reports and highlights discrepancies.
