1) Impedance Matching: As antenna size increases, the impedance matching circuit must be readjusted to ensure energy transfer efficiency between chip and antenna.
2) Frequency Consistency: Larger antennas may deviate from the standard 860-960 MHz range due to material expansion or manufacturing tolerances, requiring simulation and testing for calibration.
3) Multipath Interference: Larger antenna areas are more susceptible to electromagnetic reflections from nearby metals, necessitating optimization of the radiation pattern.
